🌟 February 2026 Product Updates: What’s New and What’s Next 🌟

This quarter, we’re doubling down on what matters most to our customers: making skills and careers easier to manage, easier to scale, and easier for employees to navigate.

Across LinkedIn Learning and LinkedIn Learning Career Hub, these updates help organizations:

  • Configure and maintain talent architectures with confidence as they grow
  • Deliver career experiences that reflect how work actually gets done inside the organization
  • Bring learning into the systems employees already use—without added complexity
  • Continue developing both technical and human capabilities required to thrive in an AI‑driven world

Below is a snapshot of what’s new—followed by deeper detail on each update.

🚀 At a glance

  • Scale talent architecture with less effort: Ingest, manage, and publish role and skill data more efficiently, reducing manual work while improving accuracy as your role library expands.
  • Deliver career experiences that feel truly “in‑house”: Career guidance now consistently reflects your organization’s roles, titles, and skills—without extra admin effort.
  • Bring learning into the flow of work: Deeper platform integrations (including Workday) make trusted, skills‑mapped learning easier to discover, apply, and measure within existing systems.
  • Expand access to high‑value, in‑demand content: From AI upskilling to healthcare continuing education, we’re continuing to invest in content our customers rely on to stay competitive.
