Wearing multiple hats isn’t a fashion statement; it’s your reality. Whether you’re a founder sourcing candidates between investor calls or a member of a strapped recruiting team juggling multiple reqs at once, time is always in short supply. That’s where Automated Search Alerts in LinkedIn Recruiter come in. Just save your search, and Recruiter will notify you when new or updated profiles match your criteria — daily or weekly, your choice. It’s like having a second set of eyes on the talent market, even when you’re focused elsewhere. So, while the “searching” hat does look good on you, passing it to Recruiter is the more fashionable choice. If you need a refresher on saving searches, the LTS Learning Center has got you covered: Save Time with Search Alerts. And, if you're already a fashion icon, reply below with search alert success stories!💬 I'm also curious: What are some other hats you'd like to pass onto Recruiter?

Hi everyone! In today's Recruiter Live Session, we got some great questions around editing & scheduling InMail messages. I wanted to follow-up with a post about it so everyone can benefit from this functionality. ✅ When drafting an InMail Message, you can choose to send it immediately or at a later date & time of your choosing.✅ You can edit a scheduled InMail message before it is sent by navigating to the Scheduled section of your messages screen in Recruiter This quick video on the LTS Learning Center shows you exactly how: Meet Automated Follow-Ups. ✅ Additionally, you can edit an InMail that has already been sent (this was new to me - I love learning alongside y'all😊), but the receiver of the message will see that the message has been edited. You can learn more editing messages this article: Edit an InMail message in Recruiter and Recruiter Lite. ❓Does anyone else have any InMail tips & tricks to share?

How to do a Skill Gap Analysis in a organization which should be backed by data across all teams, profiles and job bands
Yesterday a question posted by @Cristina Nuñez in Community Discussions > Hiring & Recruiting Lounge caught my eye. It’s the one in the headline above, of course. It makes me curious to hear what you think. For now, I’ll start with my thoughts. One way it could be handled is by having separate Job Posts, and thus separate Projects for each location. That way you can track the candidates easily and see where they are in your process for each Project. So, if a candidate is a good fit for a role in Manhattan and Brooklyn, you might have different Projects for each location, and that candidate could be in both Projects. To explain a little more: candidates can be in more than one project at a time. They probably will even be in a different category of your workflow for each project. If you and your team work consistently and put each candidate in appropriate the Pipeline stage of a Project, you will all be able to see both how many projects a candidate is in and where they are in eac
