How to do a Skill Gap Analysis in a organization which should be backed by data across all teams, profiles and job bands

You may first want to define the objective of Skill Gap Analysis. Then a skills taxonomy to be built, Then align the skills to job families, roles, teams. Perform a current skills inventory (data thru training completion, certification, performance assessments etc), and qualify the skills gap based on required skills. Then do aggregation and present by Geo, Function, Critical skills etc. Then define steps for intervention and progress measurement..
