This week one of our insightful Community members, @wmann, mentioned that she likes the Talent Pool Tab of her Projects because it saves her “hours of manually sourcing.” That got me thinking that this is a great time to do some (Talent) Pool maintenance. 🌊Talent Pool Tab: The Talent Pool tab houses several sections. Understanding why and how to set up your project can set you up for success and help you to be efficient.🗂 When you are looking for a candidate, you should create a Project. Why? LinkedIn Regular should overlay on top of Recruiter with Recruiter having additional features. I can Recruiter candidates using the Recruiter platform but can’t send them an invite to connect from said platform. Anyone else have examples of this?
