Good news for anyone who’s ever accidentally pinged the same candidate twice...Hiring Assistant can now factor in your team’s past outreach when sourcing.It means smarter, more targeted searches that protect your employer brand and put the right people in front of you at the right time Now, You can ask Hiring Assistant to factor in prior outreach across the entire dashboard. For example: “Only show me candidates who haven't been contacted by my company in the past year” "Must be someone I've contacted in the past 2 years" "Must be someone we haven't contacted in the last 90 days" Tip: We recommend that you use specific timeframes (e.g. past 2 years) rather than specific dates when writing qualifications.Note: Hiring Assistant can search message activity based on any timeframe in the last 2 years from within your own dashboard. This feature does not work cross-dashboard for companies that have more than one.
