Many recruitment experts are recognizing the value of skills-based hiring, yet this doesn't always translate into their daily practices. 

Though 70% of job descriptions posted in the last year on LinkedIn do incorporate concrete skills, only 13% of candidate searches conducted by recruiters used a skills filter.
