Don’t miss this new framework for AI upskilling. We’ve all read about AI in the news, and some orgs are already adopting new tools powered by this technology. But wherever your org is on its AI journey, LinkedIn Learning has the right content to help you succeed at every level.

The 2024 Annual Work Trend Index by Microsoft and LinkedIn underscores the vital role of AI in today's workplace. With 75% of knowledge workers already utilizing AI and 79% of leaders recognizing its significance, the need for AI skills is clear. However, 60% of leaders are concerned about their organizations lacking a clear AI implementation plan.

LinkedIn introduces a new framework for AI upskilling to address this gap, emphasizing continuous learning. This five-level framework caters to different AI proficiency levels across roles, from foundational to specialized expertise.

Over 50 LinkedIn Learning courses are now freely available until July 8, 2024, covering various AI topics and guiding implementation of the framework.

The framework covers:

1. Understanding: Basic AI knowledge for all.
2. Applying: Integrating AI into daily tasks.
3. Building: Creating with AI for power users and developers.
4. Training and Maintaining Models: Advanced skills for engineers.
5. Deeply Specializing: Advanced tools for specialists.

Concurrent upskilling is encouraged, leveraging internal experts, tech teams, and LinkedIn resources. This initiative aims to equip organizations for success in the AI era, fostering adaptability and innovation. Explore more on LinkedIn Learning.
