I agree with the skills required by TA professionals (and broader, HR professionals) in that investment by individuals in developing or enhancing their knowledge and capability in data & analytics is critical. Has been on lists now for several years however the growth in actual terms I don’t believe has happened well enough.

Agreed @CamLarkin, and to expand from the conversation with @Wael Bakhaty in this post, knowledge of data & analytics AND the ability to tell a story with data is key, yet often sited by individuals as a ‘weak point’ for themselves - often looking for ways to upskill here.
