Considering the findings of the report, what strategies or approaches do you believe will be most effective for L&D professionals to adapt to the evolving landscape of work influenced by AI?

 

Understanding the organization’s needs such as challenges, performance issues, skill gaps, etc. that AI can address. Consider collaborating with employees, managers, etc. to pinpoint where AI can make the most impact.


Assess staff confidence and readiness to use AI - do not assume everyone is on board with it. Work to address concern and demonstrate benefits and impact. Run workshops to familiarise people with it. Teach people how to use prompts not just for learning but to assist them in everyday tasks.
