With these updates, L&D teams will be able to guide employees, nurture their skill development, and seamlessly connect them to relevant opportunities, all while effectively measuring the impact of their L&D initiatives. Next Role Explorer

Help learners find their next internal role.

Next Role Explorer uses Linkedin’s unique data to help learners find their next role inside your company, based on their current title and career goals. This feature is also fully customizable, allowing you to use career titles and paths at your organization.

Only available in LinkedIn Learning Hub.

 



 

Role Guides

Introducing an improved learner experience in Role Guides. 

A redesigned role guide experience now includes expanded and more prominent role descriptions, content recommendations, and special day-in-the-life videos. Plus new customization options that allow admins to hide or duplicate role guides, AI-assisted customization, and more.

 



 

Learning Plan

Give learners a personalized plan for reaching their goals.

This new experience, tailored to a learner’s career goals and skill levels, is designed to help them take charge of the content they need to focus on first to make progress on their goals.


 



 

AI-powered Coaching

Give employees a more personalized learning experience, powered by AI. 

Updates to AI-powered coaching can help learners seek guidance in a more conversational and personalized way.

  • The chatbot will reference more information about the learner, including their company and previous learning activity, to further personalize each conversation.
  • When learners interact, they’ll get suggested prompts that will help them continue the conversation and get more actionable advice.
  • Learners can also access AI-powered coaching on the LinkedIn Learning mobile app so they can get valuable recommendations right when they need them.

Jobs at Your Company

Help employees connect to their best-fit role at your company.

Now employees can explore open jobs at your company and find best-fit roles based on their skills and goals — all on LinkedIn Learning. By seamlessly integrating with your existing LinkedIn Hiring workflow, you can easily meet employees where they’re at.

This feature is only available to joint LinkedIn Learning Hub and Recruiter customers. Learn more by reaching out to your talent acquisition team.

 



 

Interested Internal Candidates

Retain talent by making it easier for learners to signal interest in internal roles.

Now it's even easier for employees to get discovered for internal opportunities as they can indicate interest for open internal roles to your hiring teams directly on LinkedIn, in addition to LinkedIn Learning. Plus, they'll get notifications when new roles are posted.

This helps you retain top talent while giving everyone the opportunity to raise their hand for new roles.

This feature is only available to joint LinkedIn Learning Hub and Recruiter customers.

 



 

Career Insights Report

Inform your career development strategy by connecting engagement to career goals.

Gain a deeper understanding of the connection between learner engagement and career development with new metrics like role guide views, certifications earned, and top internal jobs viewed. Plus, now you can export data and explore more details like top role guides.
