Hi @CamLarkin - You should expect to have access by the end of August, if you do not already. We are currently ramping AI-Assisted Messages to customers and expect to be ramped to 100% of customers by the end of the month. *Note: AI-Assisted Messages is available for English only, at this time. Let us know when you are start seeing and utilizing the features!

I took the AI course, and I thought it was very well done and explained clearly and thoroughly. 

It helped me a lot! I’m looking forward to using this tool!
