Increase Candidate Engagement with AI-Assisted Messages
Boost your candidate outreach with AI-Assisted Messages, which help you create personalized, unique InMails in multiple languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Portuguese.
Data shows that personalizing your InMail messages can increase candidate acceptance rates by up to 40%.

AI-Assisted Messages draws on profile information provided by the candidate and combine it with your job requirements to create a fully personalized message in one click.
A variety of existing data is leveraged in AI-Assisted Messages, such as:
- The opportunity: job title, responsibilities, location, salary, workplace type, employment type, seniority, etc. for messages with job context. If there is no associated job post found within the project, the AI model will first check the project context (project metadata, like title, location, etc). If there is no project information found, we will infer information about the opportunity based on the candidate’s current position.
- Good fit: prioritized skills/skill match with job title, experience, past companies/roles, past interest in company, past applications, open to work, current/past schools, etc.
- Recruiter/Company/Team background: recruiter info, company info, culture, values, etc.
