📢 Calling all LinkedIn Learning Admins!

We are consistently updating our course catalog with new and fresh content, and by doing so it means that sometimes we have to archive an older course.

If you haven’t already, bookmark this spreadsheet for real-time updates to our course catalog. The spreadsheet also contains all previously archived and retired courses for your reference.

FAQs on the Process for Archiving a LinkedIn Learning Course:

  1. How long do you give notice that a course is going to be archived? We try and give at least 1 month notice. There might be legal or licensing reasons why we have to take down a course immediately, but that is a very remote exception.
  2. What is the difference between an ‘archived’ course and a ‘retired’ course? Retiring a course means that the course is fully removed from the library. Rarely do we fully retire a course and this is typically only done for legal or licensing reasons. Typically, we will archive older or outdated courses. Archived courses are still viewable with a direct link (it will not show up in search or browse).
  3. How can I access archived courses? You can access archived courses in the following ways:
    1. Via the My Learning tabs: In Progress, Saved, Collections, From Your Organization, and/or Learning History.

    2. Via direct link: Either from a shared link or from your LMS.

    3. Via course interactions: Certificates of Completion, CEU certificates, Notes, and/or Q&A.
