Curious how your Recruiter, Jobs and InMail usage compares to your peers?

Inside of Recruiter, the Benchmarks filter provides industry and company benchmarks to help you to set hiring goals and understand where you are performing well and where you can improve relative to these benchmarks.

To apply the Benchmarks filter: 

1. Navigate to the Reports section of Recruiter and select either the InMail, Jobs or Usage report
2. On the left panel, locate the Benchmarks section. From here, you can apply benchmarks to your report based on both Company Size and Industry.

By default, the report displays benchmarks for your industry category as listed on your LinkedIn Career Page and for companies of all sizes.
