LinkedIn Recruiter has recently introduced new search filters specifically designed for Nurse profiles, making the process of finding and connecting with qualified nursing professionals even easier.
 

Whether you are a healthcare employer or a recruiter looking to hire nursing talent, these new filters can help streamline your search and improve the quality of your candidate pool.
 

Now, when proactively searching for a Nurse in the United States, the following filters will appear: 

  • Specialty
  • Shift
  • Schedule (Ex: Weekends Only, 8 hours, 10 hours+)
  • License & Certificates

Plus, if a project is created to find nurse candidates in the United States, these additional filters are available in the Talent Pool tab of the project.
