Now, when posting your job in a job slot, either manually or through automated posting, you may notice a small but impactful new feature - the ability to format hyperlinks in job listings. 🙌

Hyperlinks are an effective way to provide additional information and direct candidates to external resources that are relevant to the job posting. Use a hyperlink to quickly provide potential applicants with details about your company culture, benefits or user useful info without overloading the job description.

Here are a few examples of ways to incorporate hyperlinks in postings:

Linking to company websites

Add a hyperlink to your company's website within the job listing. This allows candidates to quickly navigate to your company's site and familiarize themselves with your organization, its mission, and its culture.

Directing to relevant job descriptions

If you’re hiring for multiple positions that are related or require similar skills, include hyperlinks to other job listings within the organization. This enables candidates to easily explore other opportunities within the same company, increasing the likelihood of attracting the right talent for multiple positions.

Providing external resources

In some cases, job postings may require additional information or supporting documents. With the ability to format hyperlinks, recruiters can include links to external resources that provide candidates with more insights about the role or the company.

This feature is only available within enterprise jobs and is not available for online job postings
