When you are using Job Wrapping to automatically ingest your jobs into Job Slots, you should set up Data Mapping to ensure that your jobs are accurately posted to your company page, to the correct location, and that the correct attributes (like Job title) are being pulled into the posting.

If data is inaccurately pulled into your job slots, we always recommend first checking your account’s data mapping to see if that resolves the issue.

Download the three PDFs attached to this post for your reference and to share with your team.

Note: Data Mapping must be set up by an account Admin.

Follow these steps to set up data mapping:

  1. Hover over your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner and click Product Settings

  2. Under Company Settings, click Data mappings for ATS job:

    • Location Mapping: Under the Job location tab, click + Create Rule. In the side panel, enter the location from ATS, your desired standardized location, and workplace type.
    • Title Mapping: Under the Job title tab, click + Create Rule. In the side panel, enter the job title from the ATS, and your desired standardized job title or employment type, skills, and/or job functions. (Note: For Job title mapping, select the Exact match tab if the rule will apply to the jobs that have the exact ATS title. Select the Partial match tab if the rule will apply to jobs that contain the keyword.)
    • Company Page Mapping: Under the Company tab, click + Create Rule. In the side panel, enter a keyword from the job description, and the company page you wish for the job postings with the keyword to show up on.
  3. Click Save
