AI-assisted help is a chat experience that provides you with self-service help about LinkedIn products. It can help you achieve your goals on LinkedIn more efficiently by:  

  • Answering your questions quickly about LinkedIn products. 
  • Providing you with a link to learn more about the answer. 
  • Connecting you to a live agent for help with complex issues.

How AI-assisted Help works

To get support, type your question in the message field. After you ask your question, AI-assisted help will:  

  • Answer your question by summarizing information from trusted LinkedIn sources, such as the LinkedIn Help Center.  
  • Provide a link for more information about your answer or the topic. 
  • Give you the option to speak to a live agent for more complex questions.

If you need more information or would like to chat with a live agent, you can let AI-assisted help know at any time. For example, you can type “transfer to an agent” or “I need to talk to someone” and you’ll be transferred to a member of our support team. We’ll ask you a few follow-up questions to better understand your question before transferring you to an agent to help you get the answer you need quickly.
