As the Learning & Development guru at my current gig, I've cooked up some seriously cool projects. I launched an Academy with 6 tailor-made programs that had participation skyrocketing by 30%! And hold on tight – I also conjured the National Graduate Program, boosting retention by a whopping 25%! I also manage learning operations for diverse international companies.

Hi! I’m Katie, it’s great to meet you all! I am on our Talent Acquisition team at Phreesia- we are a public health tech company on a mission to improve health outcomes and activate patients in their health. I have been at Phreesia for 2.5 years after transitioning from recruiting students in higher education.

I have lived most of my life in Florida but moved to Raleigh, NC last year with my husband and 2 year old German Shepard- we have all been loving it here (and a change from the Florida heat)!
