My name is Jesse Peck, I am currently working in the Toy Industry and am a Global Learning & Development Coordinator. 

I live in the beautiful city of Melbourne, in Australia - I feel very lucky to live and work in such an amazing city and country. 

Along with our internal company instructor-led offerings and self-paced LMS content offerings, we also offer and have had a massive uptake on our LinkedIn Learning partnership.  Being a global company with multiple time zones to consider, we love the fact that the LIL courses are available to our team anytime, anywhere on desktop and on mobile devices. Working in the toy industry, we have a huge Design and Tech division so these online courses help fill our skill gaps and advance our teams careers.
