I’m Neha, and I work in Talent Acquisition at Amazon India, specializing in full life cycle recruitment across Tech, Science, and Non-Tech roles. I’m also a strong DEI advocate and have proudly led several hiring initiatives for LGBTQIA+, Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Rekindle (returnship), and Military Veterans.

I’m based in the ever-buzzing Bangalore, India – where innovation meets incredible food and culture! On weekends, you’ll find me with a cup of filter coffee in hand, exploring pet-friendly spots with my Golden Retriever or discovering cozy reading nooks.

I’ve been using LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights for over 8 years to build strategic pipelines, engage with diverse talent, and make hiring more inclusive and data-driven.
I’m here to learn, connect, and grow with like-minded professionals. I’d love to share my journey, swap sourcing hacks, and get inspired by the amazing things this community is doing. I’m also open to new opportunities and actively exploring roles where I can drive impact through innovation, inclusion, and talent strategy. Let’s build something meaningful together!

(And yes, I do believe a well-timed meme can solve anything—even mid-week recruiter burnout
)
I’m here to learn, connect, and grow with like-minded professionals. I’d love to share my journey, swap sourcing hacks, and get inspired by the amazing things this community is building. I’m also actively interviewing and exploring new job opportunities, especially where I can bring in a DEI-forward, candidate-centric hiring approach.
🧠 That said, I’ve noticed some sourcing challenges recently—especially in niche tech roles—and I’d love your advice:
Are there any specific courses, platforms, or sourcing strategies you’d recommend to level up and sharpen my skills further?
Hi,
I’m Erhan, former navy officer, developer for 10 years, and an entrepreneur currently to build my own start-up idea. I started Talent Community account in order to find a co-founder first.
You can follow Compunart for further news.
Hi y’all! I’m Ashley, a Senior Curriculum Designer and Facilitator at Grafana Labs.
I was born and raised in Kentucky but have lived in Madison, Wisconsin for the past decade.
I’m new to LinkedIn Learning as both a learner and an administrator. I fell in love with the platform during a trial launch at my company, then took over admin responsibilities after the previous admin left the company.
I really crave ideas on how to create a culture of learning. I’d also love to hear how folks are using LinkedIn Learning along with their LMS (I’m the interim LMS administrator and want to know how we can use the LMS to promote LinkedIn Learning content).
Hello Creatives,
I'm Julie, originally from the Philippines and currently based in Dubai, UAE. Back home, I was a professional teacher, and I've since transitioned into HR, specializing in Learning & Performance Management at Emarat Petroleum Company. Recently, I've been managing LinkedIn Learning at Emarat, creating Learning Paths, and attending courses. It's a fantastic platform for gaining knowledge and insights!
On a personal note, I recently achieved a significant milestone by publishing my book, The Creative Passport. This accomplishment was born out of a 2.5-year period of unemployment, which ultimately led me to this creative endeavor. I also share my personal experiences and the stories #InMyHeart on my blog www.iamjmkayne.com.
I look forward to connecting with like-minded creatives and learning from each other.
Best regards,
Julie / JM Kayne

Hi everyone!
My name is Dolores Gaut. I’m the Sr. Training Specialist
on our Global Talent Acquisition Operations team at Cognizant, and primarily focus on the Americas but have some crossover with other geos from time to time. I’m not a recruiter, but I work with the most amazing SMEs to bring our recruiters the content they need to thrive no matter what kind of opening they’re working on. I’ve been in L&D (Learning & Development) formally for about 5 years but have 13 years of transferrable experience after playing “musical careers” before finding what I love to do. Fun fact: I was a competitive figure skater
as a kid, and for my first job I worked the pro desk, was a skate monitor, and an assistant coach. I taught a couple groups of 3-5 year olds and that’s where I got a taste of what facilitation is.
I’m located in a northeast suburb of Dallas, TX, USA called Richardson, but grew up in Mexico City, Mexico. (I have dual citizenship and fluently speak Spanish.)
We are using LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and Hiring Assistant. I’m digging into the content at the same time as the recruiters and working with the amazing implementation team at LinkedIn (shout out to William, Leila, and Tiffany!)
I’d love to see our recruiters have an easier time finding talent for niche roles. I’d also love to see them find some efficiencies in their process, and be able to use actionable data to become partners to the HMs they work with. I’d also love to connect with any other L&Ders here to see how they’re using, promoting, and working with LinkedIn to teach the content to users.
