Hello everyone.  My name is Darcy.  I have been working for my company for 38 years with the last 25 years in HR in the great state of Michigan.  I was promoted in July 2024 to Director, HR.

I have direct HR responsibilities for Hadley Products,  LLC and manufacturer of Air Horns and Compressors for the Heavy Duty Truck industry (think semi, dump truck, fire truck, etc).  We are in our 80th year and have a location in the Netherlands.

I also have oversight of the HR responsibilities for Corvac Composites LLC for our 4 locations in the US (MI, OH, KY, TX) with some direct HR responsibilities in the Corporate Headquarters. Corvac is a thermoforming manufacturer of underbody encapsulated parts for the automotive industry. We also have a JV in Turkyie.
