I launched my first start up at the age of 25 in the Midwest which was an International Modeling and Talent Agency, securing talent for The FORD Agency in New York and placing talent all over the world. It was a wonderful experience that I had for 10 yrs.Life shifted and it brought me to the corporate world of Executive Search.  

I was recruited to the Executive Retained style of search when I was all of 35 and was mentored by one of the top people in this vertical. I was fortunate to bring my recruiting skills and the “mindful methodology” I had created back than over to this firm. I headed up the Engineer desk/Full-time for several yrs. I loved learning about the projects this talent worked on. 

Fast forward to today - I am grateful that 9 ½ years ago I opened my own firm. I specialize in “critical hires” for the C-Suite and Management level of Career opportunities. However, while I love this area very much (and have done this in every discipline imaginable from Global Renewable Energy, FinTech, Billion dollar realestate development companies-succession plans, Commercial TI, Medical Doctors, Cancer Research Scientists, Board Members, Luxury Home Builders, Hydrogen Capture Co., and so much more). We are very fortunate as all of our business comes into the office by referrals. 

One client - a global company we worked with in Silicon Valley kept us on for 9 yrs. to help them build their team, that was 48 placements ago with 30 of the people still with this company. 😉

I’m excited about this group as I would like to support and help others in this space. My husband and I wrote a book called “A MINDFUL CAREER.” (on Amazon) and we have our next book coming out this summer called “A MINDFUL WORKPLACE.” We bring a “mindful methodology” to all we do in recruiting, a Mind.Body.Soul philosophy. For me it’s not about alignining someone with a ‘job’ but to help them find their calling, their purpose, their CAREER.
