Hello all, I’m Carlie, and I am a Learning & Development Consultant at Foremost Farms USA. I recently graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with my M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology - shoutout to my fellow I/O practitioners! 

I am currently located in the Madison, WI area. In the winter (provided there is actually snow ) I am a volunteer member of the National Ski Patrol . In the summer I like to be outside as much as possible; some of my favorite activities are hiking, swimming, and playing beach volleyball on a recreational team . 

Currently, I am managing LinkedIn Learning as an optional benefit for employees. As the business matures and our L&D department becomes more established, I would love to begin to utilize LinkedIn Learning as more of an LMS where employees can find all kinds of necessary training.

Harald here from Switzerland. I represent the German speaking community in DACH region and I have been using LinkedIn since 2004 and Recruiter ever since.

Due to the market exposure in DACH region, I was sometimes forced by clients to use XING Talent manager often (even though I told them not to do it). After they switched off groups in 2023, many members flocked over here to LinkedIn, leaving the candidate engagement in the dust.

Currently I am recruiting for an aerospace startup named CycloTech.at who are enabling air cars, so we will be flying instead of driving in some 15-20 years.

Before I supported Volkswagen (Porsche, Audi) and Lilium in sourcing on LinkedIn for their hard to fill roles.

Besides this, I run a group on LinkedIn with 55.000 members called Freiberufler Frojektmarkt

So community building and -engagement is always a good foundation for having great matches.

The group is segmented into several subgroups, amonting to a total of 70.000 members.
