Harald here from Switzerland. I represent the German speaking community in DACH region and I have been using LinkedIn since 2004 and Recruiter ever since.
Due to the market exposure in DACH region, I was sometimes forced by clients to use XING Talent manager often (even though I told them not to do it). After they switched off groups in 2023, many members flocked over here to LinkedIn, leaving the candidate engagement in the dust.
Currently I am recruiting for an aerospace startup named CycloTech.at who are enabling air cars, so we will be flying instead of driving in some 15-20 years.
Before I supported Volkswagen (Porsche, Audi) and Lilium in sourcing on LinkedIn for their hard to fill roles.
So community building and -engagement is always a good foundation for having great matches.
The group is segmented into several subgroups, amonting to a total of 70.000 members.
