We like to keep things friendly and expect everyone to be treated with respect. All of us come from a diverse background and we welcome that here in this forum. Please be committed to treating your fellow community members with the utmost kindness and respect. This is a welcoming community of users (most importantly human beings) and we must make it a priority to keep this forum a safe space where everyone feels comfortable. No name-calling, offensive behavior, or bullying is allowed ever. 

Contribute & Collaborate
Post thoughtful content and questions, engage with your peers, and learn from one another. Our moderators will post helpful content but we really want to learn and hear from you! Take a look around and if you see a place where you can add your voice and expertise to an existing conversation or you want to start your own topic please jump in. We want to learn from you but if you do share content created by someone else give them credit.

Please Do Not Recruit or Sell
One request that we hear from our members is that they want a safe space to collaborate around their talent programs without being spammed by other members. Please respect other members' desire to access this space of learning and collaboration. Posts with the explicit intent to recruit for open jobs, sell a product or service will be removed.

Before You Post
If you share something in the Community, expect it to be shared by others, inside and outside the community - nothing confidential, please. We’ll be sharing a lot with each other which is great but make sure that you remember everything you share is public for all to see. Also, don’t share any personal information about others without their consent.
