How Do You Become A Beacon?
We will be actively inviting members who engage consistently in the Talent Community for various months. This includes contributing innovative product ideas, responding to questions, sharing insights, and participating in discussions in the Community.

Beacon Program Guidelines
- ⭐️ Attend a minimum of three Community Member Roundtables each year.
- ⭐️ Speak at a Community Member Roundtable or contribute a Peer Perspectives article each year.
- ⭐️ Respond to at least 3 questions or conversations per month.
Share at least 2 best practices in the Community per month.
Maintaining Beacon Program Title
To maintain your active status in the Beacon program, please review the guidelines below. Adhering to these will ensure your continued participation and potential tier upgrades in the future.
- ⭐️ We will evaluate current Beacons at the end of each year to determine eligibility for tier upgrade or if they are not the best fit.
- ⭐️ Beacon Program members are expected to follow the guidelines of the program as stated above, but exceptions may be made per case.
