Did you know that you can passively collect candidates who are interested in working for your company, without them applying to a specific role? 

If you have a LinkedIn Career Page, be sure that the Gather Interested Talent feature is turned ON. (Edit Page > About section > Enable Interested Talent) 

Once enabled, people can select the I’m Interested button on the About or Life tabs of your company page, and at the bottom of your active job postings. 

Then, as you are running searches within Recruiter, use the Interested in your Company Spotlight to filter by individuals who have already expressed a willingness to work for you.
