LinkedIn Recruiter has made it simple to find recent grads and those early in their career. Apply the Year of Graduation filter (under Advanced Search) in Recruiter to quickly narrow down your talent pool to those who have recently received their degrees.

Additional tips for finding recent graduate/early career talent:

Combine Year of Graduation with Years of Experience
Add your specific target schools under the Schools filter
Save your searches to be alerted as soon as new graduates create or update their LinkedIn profile
Utilize LinkedInTalent Insights to understand where your target students have studied
Be sure that your outreach is tailored and Life company pages are updated to attract younger talent
