I just shared my introduction in the Introductions thread within the general LinkedIn Talent Community, but I also wanted to share it here because, as of today, I will be sharing weekly posts, discussion questions, and more in this group. With that being said, if you have any ideas for content you would like to see here moving forward, please feel free to let me know in the comments!

Hi Maggie, sounds interesting - looking forward to this content! What is midsized in this context? Working for a Chicago/Naperville based company myself, around 2,000 headcount- robust TA team and L&D team, would be great to chat!


Hi ​@Jeff Seidl! I grew up in Naperville, so that alone gives us a lot to chat about😄

As far as defining small v. mid-sized businesses, we consider a few different data points such as company size, hiring velocity, and size/structures of hiring teams. From what you’re describing, it sounds like your company would be on the larger side. Our smaller and mid-sized customers typically do not have a dedicated recruiting team, or if they do, it is small and mighty. 

That being said, regardless of the size of your org, there can still be a ton of overlap in how you leverage LinkedIn Talent Solutions. Things such as the number of seats in your Recruiter license, the types of roles you need to fill, etc. also influence what challenges you might face and what approach to product enablement works best for you and your team. All of that to say, this party is an open-invite🎉
