We are excited to introduce something we've been working on - a new monthly virtual event series called Recruiter Insiders: How I Recruit.
Here’s the idea…
Every month, one of you - a fellow recruiter, sourcer, or TA professional - will take the virtual stage to share how you actually work. Your workflows. Your shortcuts. Your tried-and-true strategies for finding, engaging, and hiring great talent using LinkedIn Recruiter.
🤝🏼 No sales pitches. No polished product demos. Just real recruiters helping each other get better at what you do.
Why we're doing this
You've told us (loud and clear) that some of your most valuable learning happens when you see how your peers tackle the same challenges you face every day. You want to know:
- "How do they structure their boolean searches?"
- "What does a high-performing recruiter's daily workflow actually look like?"
- "How are people getting candidates to respond to InMails?"
- "What features am I not using that I should be?"
Recruiter Insiders: How I Recruit series is designed to answer exactly these questions - live, unscripted, and peer-to-peer.
What to expect
Each 60-minute workshop includes:
- 35-40 minutes: A community member shares their screen and walks through their actual recruiting process. Real searches. Real messages. Real workflows.
- 20-25 minutes: Open Q&A and discussion. Ask questions, share your own tips, connect with peers who get it.
A LinkedIn expert from the Customer Learning team will join each session to support discussions and answer platform questions as needed but make no mistake - this series belongs to you, the community.
