Conducting candidate outreach in Recruiter can often feel like a series of tradeoffs. If you want to prioritize efficiency, you probably leverage templates, so you can write a message once and then use it over and over again. If you want to prioritize personalization, you sacrifice efficiency for effectiveness, devoting more time to each message you write so that they really are unique to each candidate.
AI-Assistance in InMails has helped to bridge this gap since it automates personalization for you; however, it still requires extra time for you to edit these messages, ensuring they have all the standard elements your templates contain. Templates allow for consistency while AI-Assisted InMails allow for variability. The best candidate outreach strategy should blend the two.
This is where Company Info in AI-Assisted messages come in. Company Info fields allow you to save elements you use consistently in outreach so that when you generate an AI-assisted InMail, it automatically incorporates them into the message.
